Pool & Spa Inspections

ISG will perform a limited visual inspection and prepare a written report on the condition of the accessible systems and components* of the Pool and Spa.

Installed systems and components are considered to be:

  • Liner Material
  • Decking & Coping
  • Mechanical Pool Equipment
  • Plumbing Supply
  • Electrical Components
  • Attached Accessories including:
Steps, Handrails, Ladder, and the presence or absence of Child Safety Barriers

Latent and concealed defects and deficiencies are excluded from the inspection.

Additional Items – If other areas are discovered, client will be advised for inspecting of those areas for an additional fee(s) by executing an Agreement for Additional Items.

Report – Following the Pool/Spa Inspection and inspection of  additional items (if conducted), client will be provided with an electronic (.pdf) report identifying the components and areas inspected along with a summary of items not operating, major concerns, potential safety hazards, and deferred cost items.

* Readily accessible systems and components are only those systems and components where Inspector is not required to remove personal items, furniture, equipment, soil, snow, or other items which obstruct access or visibility.
